Chelsea Spending 2022-2023: Positional Expenses and Salaries

Chelsea spend most of their money on the midfielders. Seventeen out of 43 players are midfielder. They spend an amount of £96,460,000 (47.22% of their salary cap).

The next position on which they spend their money is the defenders. They made an allotment of £79,350,000 (38.84% of their salary cap)the defenders positional expense.

An amount of £47,060,000 (23.04% of their salary cap) is spent on the forward position of the football club.

For the goalkeepers of the club, £15,080,000 (7.38% of their salary cap) has been allotted.

How much do the Chelsea’s forwards make?

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is the highest paid. He makes £8,320,000. Christian Pulisic aged 23, earns a wage of £7,800,000. João Félix at the age of 22 comes in third place earns an amount of £5,720,000. In fourth position is Armando Broja who earns £2,080,000.

How much do the Chelsea’s midfielders make?

Three out of  14 defenders make more than £9,000,000. Raheem Sterling stands in first place with an earning of £16,900,000. N’Golo Kante makes £15,080,000. Third in line is Marc Cucurella, aged 23 makes an amount of £9,100,000.
