“Continuation….From past 3 seasons” – Twitter reacts as Arjun Tendulkar involves in a practice session

Mumbai Indians have signed a plethora of talented prospects and made use of their resources to better effect. Notably, they are also the most successful IPL team in terms of the most honours won in the competition.

Ever since Rohit Sharma took charge as the captain of the franchise, things slowly started to change at the MI dugout. The skipper instilled aura and confidence in his teammates and as a result, Mumbai Indians became a formidable force in the tournament.

Mumbai Indians won as many as five titles since the inception of the IPL. However, in the last season, things didn’t turn out well for them. They hit the rock bottom of the league stage points table as they were able to win four games and lost the rest of the ten games.

Talking about their performance this season, they started their campaign with a defeat over Royal Challengers Bangalore at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Faf du Plessis and Co beat Mumbai Indians by 8 wickets.
