MS Dhoni is one of the most successful captains in the history of the Indian Premier League. The cricketing brain has been associated with the Chennai Super Kings franchise since the inception of the IPL in 2008.

It is worth mentioning here that MS Dhoni has led the team to three IPL titles in 2010, 2011, 2018, and 2021. On the other side of the coin, he has also guided Chennai Super Kings to two Champions League T20 titles in 2010 and 2014 respectively.

In fact, MS Dhoni has been the captain of CSK for most of the seasons barring the two seasons in 2016 and 2017 editions when the team was suspended owing to match-fixing and betting activities.

However, in 2018, when CSK made a comeback to the IPL, MS Dhoni once again led the team to IPL glory. CSK are the second-most successful IPL team in history with as many as four titles.

MS Dhoni has been in sparkling form in the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League. The CSK captain’s presence at the crease might be short, given that he has been batting at No.8. However, he has been creating a surreal impact in the limited deliveries that he has faced so far.

Meanwhile, a video clip featuring MS Dhoni doing shadow batting practice at the dugout during the CSK vs RCB match has been doing the rounds on social media. It starts with MS Dhoni holding his bat and starts doing shadow batting in the dugout.

Meanwhile, CSK’s paceman, Deepak Chahar noticed that MS Dhoni was doing the practice and gave a priceless reaction. Upon noticing that MS Dhoni’s bat almost came close to the paceman during the shadow batting, the latter quickly moved away from the place. The video clip of the same has gone viral on the internet.
