"Homecoming" - Twitterati reacts after Suresh Raina said Sam Curran could be a very important pick for CSK in the auction

England’s young all-rounder Sam Curran has registered himself at the IPL 2023 mini-auction for his base price of INR 2 crore. It will be quite interesting to see which team will end up recruiting the services of the 24-year-old.

Sam Curran’s recent performances in the shortest format have been so good. He might not have contributed much with the bat for England in the showpiece event that was held in Australia but ensured to weave the magic with the ball by taking 13 wickets to his name.

His bowling performances helped the England cricket team in important situations of the marquee event. Jos Buttler-led England cricket team made it all the way to the finals of the competition and defeated Pakistan in the final showdown.
