Lucknow Super Giants have been operating perfectly well as a team under the leadership of KL Rahul. It is one of the teams that have all their bases covered and with enough depth in the squad, they have all the tools and ingredients to make a bid for the first IPL title.

Talking about their performances in the ongoing season, they have played five games so far wherein they won three games and lost the other two games. They won against the likes of Delhi Capitals, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bangalore.

On the other hand, they lost to Chennai Super Kings and Punjab Kings. They will lock horns with Rajasthan Royals in the next game which is just less than an hour away from getting underway at Sawai Mansingh Indoor Stadium in Jaipur.

Meanwhile, as per news agency ANI, left-arm pace bowler Mohsin Khan is set to join Lucknow Super Giants for the remaining games of the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League. For the record, he missed the starting games owing to a shoulder injury.

He had a breakthrough season in the IPL 2022 edition where he was one of the best-performing bowlers for LSG. Having played nine games in the last season, he accounted for 14 dismissals, registering his best bowling figures of 4/16.

It is worth mentioning that he maintained an impressive economy rate of 5.97 and a bowling average of 14.07. For the unversed, Mohsin was first purchased by Mumbai Indians in 2018 but didn’t get game time there.

Meanwhile, LSG bought the pacer for his base price of Rs 20 lakhs in the IPL auction 2022. The left-arm fast bowler will be looking forward to picking up from where he left off for the Lucknow Super Giants.
