“Massive L for United man” – Twitter reacts to Cody Gakpo’s proposed move to Liverpool

PSV Eindhoven forward Cody Gakpo was one of the stars of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, scoring three goals for the Netherlands, and is now set to make a big Premier League move. It was rumoured all season that he was going to join Manchester United, but it looks like he’ll end up moving to rivals, Liverpool.

Credible journalist David Ornstein broke the story, sending shockwaves throughout the football world. Ornstein also stated that Gakpo is set to travel for the medical. The initial fee is set to be £37m.
