PBKS admin trolls Rohit Sharma for his three-ball duck, MI admin gives a blockbuster reply

Mumbai Indians’ captain Rohit Sharma has been literally struggling to find rhythm in the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League. His every touch with the bat turns into a nightmare for him as he has been getting dismissed for cheap scores.

It was yet another forgettable outing for the MI captain who was dismissed for a three-ball duck during the run-chase against Punjab King at Punjab Cricket Association IS Bindra Stadium, Mohali.

Rohit Sharma was indeed disappointed to have been dismissed for a duck in his 200th IPL match. Soon after his dismissal, Punjab Kings’ Twitter admin trolled Rohit Sharma on the social media portal.

PBKS Twitter handle’s caption reads, “R 0” with a laughing emoji, indicating that Rohit Sharma was dismissed for a duck. Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians’ Twitter admin came up with a blockbuster reply.

MI Twitter admin mentioned that Rohit Sharma has won “6” trophies as a player, which is the most by any player in the history of the Indian Premier League. In the same tweet, MI Twitter admin mentioned that King XI Punjab or Punjab Kings have zero trophies in their trophy cabinet. “Rohit Sharma 🏆 x 6️⃣ KXIP 🏆 x 0️⃣ PBKS 🏆 x 0️⃣ #Respect.”

Punjab Kings posted a colossal total of 214/3 in their quota of 20 overs with the help of Liam Livingstone’s 82* and Jitesh Sharma’s 49*. In response, Mumbai Indians chased down the target in 18.5 overs and won the game by six wickets. Ishan Kishan scored 75 off 41 balls whereas Suryakumar Yadav scored 66 off 31 balls.
