"Please come back stronger champ" - Twitter reacts as Rishabh Pant is on the road to recovery

India’s wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant recently met with a career-threatening injury while heading to his hometown, Roorkee located in Uttarakhand. The cricketer was travelling all alone in his Mercedez from Delhi to Uttarakhand to surprise his family members.

However, as it turned out, something unthinkable happened to him as he accidentally rammed into one of the divider linings of the Delhi-Dehradun highway, which triggered instant flames in the vehicle.

Apparently, Rishabh Pant fell asleep for a few seconds before he lost total control of the vehicle while he was travelling at around 5:30 am on December 30. As a result, it led to a massive crash and fortunately, Pant jumped off the burning vehicle in the first place.
