Prithvi Shaw is one of the promising youngsters in the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League. He was expected to dictate the terms and dominate the proceedings this season. However, as it turned out, wasted the chances in a disappointing machine.

Ahead of the IPL 2023, Delhi Capitals head coach Ricky Ponting echoed that Prithvi Shaw will dominate this season. Sadly that wasn’t meant to be. He has already shown his capability to play a smart and fearless brand of cricket.

Meanwhile, out-of-form Prithvi Shaw was seen having a chat with the legendary cricketer and CSK captain MS Dhoni after the game between Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals.

Chennai Super Kings got the better of Delhi Capitals by 27 runs at Chepauk Stadium in Chennai. Ravindra Jadeja was named the Player of the match for his all-round performance.

We have time and again seen MS Dhoni bringing the best out of his teammates, which has always been his special quality. Prithvi Shaw must have surely discussed the game with MS Dhoni. Shaw will hope to rediscover his mojo back soon.

Prithvi Shaw is an exceptional talent and he is certain to find his rhythm back anytime soon. He has played as many as 69 games in the Indian Premier League. He has scored 1635 runs at a superb batting strike rate of 146.4 including 12 half-centuries.
