Team India will lock horns with the Australian cricket team in the finals of the second cycle of the ICC World Test Championship. The highly-anticipated fixture will kick off from June 7 to 11 at The Oval, with June 12 set as the reserve day.

Both teams have plenty of superstars at their disposal who are capable of outsmarting the other. The Kennington Oval wicket is batting friendly and hence we can expect the batters of both teams to dominate the game through and through.

It will be quite interesting to see which team will defy the odds and win the final. For India, this is going to be the second WTC final whereas Australia qualified for the final for the first time.

4 Indian bowlers are likely to travel as net bowlers for the WTC final against Australia

Team India surrendered at the hands of the New Zealand cricket team in the final of the first cycle of the ICC World Test Championship. New Zealand beat India by 8 wickets to win the inaugural edition of the World Test Championship.

It is surely going to be a daunting task for India who are looking to end their ICC title drought. The last time they won the ICC title was back in the 2013 edition when they defeated England to win the Champions Trophy. Since then, India struggled to produce a spark in the ICC events.

Meanwhile, the Board of Control for Cricket in India announced the 15-man squad for the ICC WTC final against Australia today. In the latest development, India have announced the names of the bowlers who are expected to travel as net bowlers for the ICC WTC final.

They are none other than Umran Malik, Mukesh Kumar, Kuldeep Sen and Navdeep Saini. These bowlers are expected to better their players for the final. India will be using them during their net session so that there is not much overload on the regular bowlers.
