“So excited and nervous at the same time” – Star Sports unveils new promo featuring Virat Kohli for WTC Final against Australia

The cricket fraternity is currently busy following the sixteenth edition of the Indian Premier League. The all-important IPL carnival will come to a close by the end of this month. Following this event, there are plenty of other international assignments lined up ahead.

The ICC WTC Final between Team India and Australia is considered one of the most important events, which is slated to be held at The Kennington Oval in London on June 7. It will be interesting to see how both these titans will go about their business.

Australia were the first team that qualified for the WTC Final 2023. They made their entry into the final showdown after their win over Team India in the Indore Test. India’s qualification for the final came right after Sri Lanka’s Test defeat to New Zealand in the away series.

Meanwhile, in the latest development, Star Sports, the official broadcaster for the ICC WTC Final between India and Australia have now unveiled the new promo featuring former Indian captain Virat Kohli.

The video clip begins with Virat Kohli waking up from his bed before he lifts weight at the gym. After that, he takes out the bat from his bag to get prepared for the ultimate Test. The video clip of the same garnered everyone’s attention.

Virat Kohli holds a truckload of experience under his belt and he is one of the players to watch out for in the WTC Final 2023 against Australia. It will be quite interesting to see how he goes about his business in the English conditions.

While it is the first-ever WTC Final for Australia, it is the second WTC Final for Team India. Earlier, India played against New Zealand in the first cycle of the World Test Championship final. However, New Zealand had the last laugh in the battle.
