The way he inspired a generation of cricketers in the country and across the world is really incredible. MS Dhoni is the most-loved and the most admired cricket personalities in India and across the globe.

Popularly known as Captain Cool, MS Dhoni is known for his humility and down-to-earth personality. MS Dhoni captained the Indian team to a memorable victory in all three ICC events, thus making Team India the first team to hold all three major ICC honours simultaneously.

Under MS Dhoni’s captaincy, Team India won the ICC ODI World Cup, World T20, and Champions Trophy. Thus, MS Dhoni became the first and only captain to hold three different ICC titles in history.

CSK CEO said the team management believes MS Dhoni is going to play next season

MS Dhoni retired from international cricket back in August 15, 2020 and since then, reports and widespread speculations of him retiring from the IPL also started doing the rounds on social media portals.

However, MS Dhoni still continued to play for CSK and entertained the fans so far. Even in this season, when he sustained a knee injury during the home game against Rajasthan Royals in early part of IPL 2023 season, MS Dhoni still kept going and didn’t miss even a single game.

Meanwhile, CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan reckons that the CSK team management believes that skipper MS Dhoni is going to play in the next season. This is indeed huge boost to CSK and the fans. CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan also reckons that the fans will continue to support them like every time.
